Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it.
Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained, in its original packaging.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
What if I received a faulty/damaged item?
Oh no! We’re sorry, that sucks. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "damaged item". You'll be asked to sent us photos of the damage, and offered your choice of a refund or store credit. We will need to approve your request before you can send the item back. Item must be returned to us before a refund will be processed.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods.

Our orders are all send by courier. You should expect your parcel within 5-10 business days* of it being shipped from our facility, however certain destinations may take longer. We’ll send you an order confirmation via email once your order and payment has been received via our website www.wekacricket.com. We’ll then send you a second email confirming completion and shipment of your order with your tracking number once we have shipped your order. Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your pacel within a delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted regarding your delivery by one of our shipping couriers, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page and we will investigate your delivery on your behalf.
