Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 14 days of receiving it.
Store credit is valid for 12 months.
Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unstained, in its original packaging.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
What if I received a faulty/damaged item?
Oh no! We’re sorry, that sucks. Please email us at email@example.com with the subject "damaged item". You'll be asked to sent us photos of the damage, and offered your choice of a refund or store credit. We will need to approve your request before you can send the item back. Item must be returned to us before a refund will be processed.
Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method for the goods.
